 Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, our facilities are located in the United States, please ask for International Shipping to have your item delivered to any other country.

What payment methods do you accept?

We are proud to accept most major credit cards such as: Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express. In addition we accept PayPal and any debit cards/gift cards with a major credit card logo. 

Do you accept returns?

We would like our customers to be happy with the products they purchased and have a pleasant shopping experience, therefore we always supply our customers with a digital proof of the artwork and will not begin printing until the customer approves. Once a deposit is paid and artwork is approved, the order process begins. If you would like to return an order before it is printed, the order will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  There will be no returns once the order has been printed.

What is your turn around time?

Most orders placed by 1pm EST take will take 7-10 days to complete. We do offer rush services, please don’t hesitate to ask. Working days begin once a deposit is paid and all artwork is approved. 

Do you have a minimum?

We do not have a minimum on orders, however orders of less than 48 pieces will result in a surcharge of $100 for a 1-3 color job and $200 for a 3-6 color job.
