You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The shipping charges will not be payed for by ItsT-ShirtTime.Com, unless otherwise discussed with an ItsT-ShirtTime.Com representative.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your return authorization number once we've received the request. You must obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization number before returning any items.
